TULSA, Oklahoma — May 26th, 2026. Ramsey Industries announced today that its new warranty program is now fully live across all three brands: Auto Crane, Ramsey Winch, and Eskridge, with customers already actively registering products through the new digital platform. 

The program, first announced in February 2026, took effect for all products shipped on or after March 1, 2026. Since launch, customers have been registering equipment through the new product registration portals, with some registering within hours of receiving their product. 

Every qualifying product comes with an 18-month standard limited warranty from ship date. Customers who register their product before that term expires automatically unlock an additional 18 months of coverage, up to 36 months total, at no additional cost. No forms to chase. No calls to make. Registration is completed entirely online by serial number through each brand’s dedicated portal. 

“We built this program the same way we build our equipment, to perform when it matters and make the job easier for the people who depend on it,” said Andrew Jones, Aftermarket Program Manager at Ramsey Industries. “The response since launch has confirmed what we believed: our customers take their equipment seriously, and they expect their warranty coverage to match that.” 

How It Works 

Customers purchase a qualifying product from an authorized Auto Crane, Ramsey Winch, or Eskridge dealer or distributor. They then register the product through the brand portal before the standard 18-month warranty period expires. Standard Plus coverage, an additional 18 months of protection, is automatically unlocked at no cost. Coverage is also transferable once within 30 days of ownership transfer, protecting the value of the equipment beyond the original buyer. 

Auto Crane Service Truck Bodies carry a standard five-year limited warranty covering the body and hinges from ship date. Customers who register their product unlock an additional 18 months of coverage, bringing total protection to 78 months. For bodies finished with Titan Armor Paint, standard coverage is five years, and product registration extends that to 15 years total, making it one of the most comprehensive paint warranties available in the service truck industry. 

Warranty claims and support continue to be handled through authorized dealers, distributors, and OEMs.
