Tulsa, OK, October 14, 2025 — Ramsey Industries is pleased to announce the appointment of Niels van den Boogert as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, effective October 13, 2025.

Niels brings more than twenty years of experience in commercial and business leadership, including over a decade in private equity organizations. He has a proven record of driving growth, transformation, and customer-focused innovation that aligns with Ramsey Industries’ long-term vision for excellence and market expansion.

Before joining Ramsey Industries, Niels served as Vice President and General Manager of Conveying Solutions at Ammega, a strategic investment of The Partner’s Group, Private Equity. In that role, he oversaw the full profit and loss responsibility of Ammega’s North American business, including operations, sales, and product line management. He also served on the Board of Directors for the North American Industrial Belting Association, where he contributed to the advancement of industrial solutions and best practices across the industry.

Earlier in his career, Niels held several leadership positions at Ammega, including Project Management Office and Transformation Leader, Director of Distribution Sales, and strategic advisor to the President. Prior to his time with Ammega, he built a strong foundation in the supply chain industry with Expeditors International, where he successfully managed multiple commercial roles.

Niels earned a B.A. Degree degree in International Business and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University. He is fluent in Dutch, German, and English, and is recognized for his expertise in Strategex 80/20, one-page policy deployment, customer relationship management, and sales force strategy and implementation. His skill set closely aligns with Ramsey’s operational priorities and growth initiatives.
