Ramsey Industries Named Finalist for 2026 Warranty Innovation Award  | Ramsey Industries

New 36-month warranty program is one of three finalists for Innovative Product Design; peer voting open through September 21

TULSA, Okla., September 17, 2026. Ramsey Industries, the parent company of Auto Crane, Ramsey Winch and Eskridge, has been named one of three finalists for Innovative Product Design at the 2026 Warranty Innovation Awards, together with SureBright and VinFast. The nomination recognizes the company’s new warranty program, launched in March 2026, which doubles standard coverage for customers who register their product.

The Warranty Innovation Awards are peer-nominated and peer-voted industry awards presented at the annual Extended Warranty & Service Contract Innovations conference, now in its 17th year. The 2026 awards span five categories, and this year’s finalists in the other categories include Ford, Assurant, American Home Shield and Allstate Protection Plans. Past recipients include Apple, Daimler Truck North America and Brunswick Corporation. Winners will be announced in Chicago on October 7 to 9, 2026.

Ramsey Industries rebuilt its warranty from the ground up for products shipped on or after March 1, 2026. Every Auto Crane, Ramsey Winch industrial winch, and Eskridge gear drive now ships with an 18-month standard limited warranty. Customers who register their product during that term automatically receive an additional 18 months of coverage at no cost, for 36 months of total protection. Registration takes a few minutes through a single digital platform shared by all three brands, with QR codes on the equipment that take the customer straight to the form. Mail-in warranty cards are gone. Claims are filed and tracked online, with real-time status updates and faster resolution for the customer.

“It is great to see Ramsey Industries nominated and recognized for the hard work that has been put into supporting all of our customers. The improvements we made are about creating a stronger partnership with our dealers, distributors, and equipment owners throughout the full lifecycle of our product. From the factory to the jobsite, and every stop in between, all of our customers can expect a higher level of support and consistent quality they can count on,” said Andrew Jones, Aftermarket Program Manager at Ramsey Industries.

Voting is open to warranty and service contract professionals through September 21, 2026 at warrantyawards.org. Ramsey Industries customers can learn more about the warranty program and register their products at ramseyindustries.com/warranty.
