Ramsey Industries Wins Innovative Product Design Award at 2026 Warranty Innovation Awards | Ramsey Industries

Warranty program that extends coverage to up to 36 months with product registration recognized at the 17th Annual Extended Warranty & Service Contract Innovations conference in Chicago

TULSA, Okla., October 9, 2026. Ramsey Industries, the parent company of Auto Crane, Ramsey Winch, and Eskridge, has won the Innovative Product Design award at the 2026 Warranty Innovation Awards. Andrew Jones, Aftermarket Program Manager at Ramsey Industries, accepted the award on October 8 at the 17th Annual Extended Warranty & Service Contract Innovations conference at The Drake in Chicago.

The Warranty Innovation Awards are peer-nominated industry awards recognizing innovation and excellence across the warranty, extended warranty, and service contract industries. The awards are overseen by a steering committee comprising the publisher of Warranty Week and the general counsel of the Service Contract Industry Council. Ramsey Industries was one of three finalists in the Innovative Product Design category. Past award recipients include Apple, Daimler Truck North America, and Brunswick Corporation.

The award recognizes the warranty program Ramsey Industries introduced for products shipped on or after March 1, 2026. Every new Auto Crane, Ramsey Winch industrial winch, and Eskridge finished product ships with an 18-month standard limited warranty that begins on the ship date. Owners who register their product within that term receive an additional 18 months of coverage at no additional cost, for up to 36 months of protection. Accessories purchased from Ramsey Industries in the same order carry the same coverage as the product they ship with.

The program also changed how customers receive support. A QR code near the serial number directs owners to product support pages and to a single registration platform shared by all three brands. Dealers and distributors register products on their customers’ behalf, file warranty claims, and track each claim’s progress in one online portal, replacing paper registration cards and claims handled by phone and email.

“Accepting this award on behalf of our team is a proud moment for Ramsey Industries. We built this program to strengthen our partnership with dealers, distributors, and equipment owners throughout the full product lifecycle. Coverage is longer, registration is simpler, and registration, claims, and support now live in one place. From the factory to the jobsite and every stop in between, our customers can expect a higher level of support and consistent quality they can count on,” said Andrew Jones, Aftermarket Program Manager at Ramsey Industries.

“A warranty is a promise about how long you are willing to stand behind what you build. Doubling that promise across Auto Crane, Ramsey Winch and Eskridge was a deliberate decision, and this award tells us the industry sees the value in it. Our thanks go to Andrew and the team who built the program, and to every customer who registered and voted,” said Niels van den Boogert, VP of Sales and Marketing of Ramsey Industries.
